2008 MS Kick For The Cure - Kids Games

Registration Form

We are very excited to have expanded the kids game this year to three games! All games are co-ed. We will be having a 5 and 6 year old game from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, a 7 to 9 year old game from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, and a 10 to 13 year old game from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. All children will receive a MS Kick For The Cure game t-shirt and soccer related gift. Players will also be supplied with water/juice as well as fruit and a snack.

5 to 6 year olds will be responsible for raising a minimum of $25 in pledges to participate

7 to 9 year olds will be responsible for raising a minimum of $50 in pledges to participate

10 to 13 year olds will be responsible for raising a minimum of $100 in pledges to participate

We encourage you to raise as much as possible to help FIGHT MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS! Thank you for your efforts!
