2010 MS Kick For The Cure - Adult Registration Form

To register for the 2010 MS Kick For The Cure Marathon Soccer Game, please fill out the following form. Once your registration has been processed, you will be provided with a Pledge Form and more information.

All players will be responsible to raise a MINIMUM $175 in pledges to take part in the game.

We have added a online fundraising system this year. If you wish to use it you must REGISTER FOR BOTH ONLINE FUNDRAISING AS WELL AS THE GENERAL REGISTRATION!
